O God, who from the beginning created the nine orders of heavenly spirits for Thy glory and as a defense for our weakness; grant that we may be so aided by their patronage, that we may merit to be happily joined to their company. Through our Lord.

O God, whose wisdom distinguishes the Angels by Orders, assigning to each their ministries and names; grant us so to venerate the excellence of the holy Principalities, Virtues, Powers, and Dominions, that near Thee, we may be strengthened by their help. Through our Lord.

O God, who provides the protection of holy Angels and Archangels to the human race; grant, O Lord, that they may be concerned for the conversion of sinners, so that we may perpetually rejoice in heaven with Thy majesty over their repentance. Through our Lord Jesus Christ.

O God, who willed that the Incarnation of Your Only Begotten Son should be announced by the Archangel Gabriel to the immaculate Virgin Mary: grant us the grace to enjoy so great a mystery and to be strengthened by the help of this holy Angel. Through the same Christ our Lord.

O God, who directed Saint Raphael the Archangel to guide Your servant Tobias on his journey and granted him as a protector amid the dangers of this life; grant, we beseech Thee, that we may be guarded by his assistance, so that as we journey through life, we may avoid dangers and attain to the joys of Heaven. Deus qui conditionis humanae sic relevas dignitatem, ut gloriosos Spiritus, ad hominum custodiam in ministerium dignatus sis deputare; concede propitius, ut tanti beneficii memoriam recensendo; et tibi laudem et gloriam, et beatissimo Angelo Custodi meo reverentiam hic et in aeternum merear impendere. Per Dominum nostrum. 		Let us Pray.
O God, who so elevatest the dignity of human nature that Thou hast deigned to appoint glorious spirits as ministers for the guardianship of mankind; grant mercifully that, by recalling the memory of so great a benefit, I may be worthy to offer Thee praise and glory, and reverence to my most blessed Guardian Angel, here and for eternity. Through our Lord.

Sancti Angeli Custodes nostri, defendite nos in proelio, ut non pereamus in tremendo Iudicio. O ye holy Angels, our guardians, defend us is battle that we may not perish in the awful judgment.
Angele Dei, qui Custos es mei, me tibi commissum pietate superna, hodie illumina, custodi, rege et guberna, Amen. Angel of God, my guardian dear, to whom God's love commits me here, ever this day be at my side, to light, to guard, to rule, to guide. Amen.
