Benedicite Dominum, or the Canticle of the Three Young Men is taken from the Old Testament book of Daniel (Dan. 3, 57-88; 56). It is used at Lauds for Sundays and feast days. The text below follows that in the Vulgate and departs slightly from the one in the 1962 Roman Missal.
